Jane Ray is best known for her extensive illustrations, her many awards include the artwork she has completed for books by Michael Rosen, Carol Ann Duffy and Jeanette Winterson. Jane lives in London where she grew up, she studied art at Middlesex University. She creates her artwork using principally watercolours embellished with pencil, collage and metallic ink. This latest release of artisan giclee prints are each overlaid with silk screen prints and then hand finished with the addition of gold leaf. This creates a textured print with different finishes that comes to life in any room. Jane's interest in folk art is evident from the prints she has created - each with a vibrancy & hidden world to explore.
