The majority of UK orders placed on the website or over the phone are despatched using a next day courier service within seven days of receipt of order. If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call us on 01327 341000 and we will be happy to help.

In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order within seven days we will contact you to confirm a lead time on receipt of your order.

Framed artwork may occasionally take slightly longer than seven days to despatch, where this is the case we will contact you to confirm an estimated delivery date and will confirm via email as soon as the artwork has been despatched.

We are happy to send mounted artwork overseas, the delivery table above shows the charge for sending mounted artwork and sculptures outside of the UK. Delivery times are generally slightly longer than the UK service. We will confirm in writing when you can expect to receive your order.

It is not generally possible to send framed stock overseas, however if you have a specific piece of artwork in mind we would be happy to discuss with you. Please contact us via email on info@therosegallery.co.uk to request a quotation for shipping framed artwork further afield.
