At the Rose Gallery, we want you to be confident in your decision; which is why we offer at-home consultations, have a 14-day returns policy and are so proud of our 5 star Trustpilot reviews. But did you know, we will also match the price of the same piece on sale through other UK sellers?

Giving you reassurance in your art purchase, all you need to do is:

➔ Ensure the product is identical - including edition, size, colour, mount and framing, and the terms of sale are the same.

➔ Provide evidence of the lower price, online or in writing from the seller; confirming any additional costs such as VAT and shipping are also accounted for.

At the Rose Gallery, we have made buying your artwork straightforward by providing flexible options to suit you and your pocket.

➔ Credit and Debit Card Payments - for simple one-off payments online, in-person or over the phone.

➔ Klarna for Payment in Instalments - allowing you to spread the cost of your artwork over 3 interest-free instalments with the first paid on purchase and the others taken automatically every 30 days (find out more here Klarna.com).

➔ PayPal for Your Ease and Protection - using your PayPal account keeps buying simple with your payment details managed by PayPal and your purchase protected too (see more about PayPal here PayPal.com).

Shipping

Shipping times vary according to the artwork that you are buying. Many of our mounted pieces & sculptures are available for despatch within 2-3 days from order, artwork is generally shipped via overnight courier arriving the next day in the UK. Overseas deliveries will take slightly longer.

Framed artwork can take up to three weeks to be delivered as some pieces are framed to order.

We will always try to accomodate urgent delivery requests or help with delivery on a specific day - please get in touch with the gallery team to talk through your requirements.

Higher value & Original artwork will be shipped by private courier, this is organised on an individual basis, please call for further information.

Further information on the pricing for overseas deliveries can be found here. UK deliveries over £150 are delivered without charge.

Unfortunately, sometimes you’ll find an artwork you love, get it home and discover it’s not right. Maybe the light at home doesn’t work for the piece, it’s too big or - for some other reason - it just feels wrong. If the artwork you’ve bought was from the Rose Gallery, you don’t need to worry.

We are pleased to be able to offer all customers purchasing with The Rose Gallery a complimentary 30 day insurance cover for their artwork. We work in partnership with Ulitmart, specialist fine art insurance brokers, to provide cover on your new artwork. Ultimart provide an 'all risks' policy that covers all aspects of fine art from damage in transit to value appreciation.
