Shipping times vary according to the artwork that you are buying. Many of our mounted pieces & sculptures are available for despatch within 2-3 days from order, artwork is generally shipped via overnight courier arriving the next day in the UK. Overseas deliveries will take slightly longer.

Framed artwork can take up to three weeks to be delivered as some pieces are framed to order.

We will always try to accomodate urgent delivery requests or help with delivery on a specific day - please get in touch with the gallery team to talk through your requirements.

Higher value & Original artwork will be shipped by private courier, this is organised on an individual basis, please call for further information.

Frame prefers to paint en plein air, working on location rather than in the studio. This method allows him to create authentic, first-hand records of his time spent observing nature, imbuing his paintings with a strong sense of place and time. For him, the act of painting is a way to engage with the world, to be "present," and to translate his vision into images that reflect his connection to the environment.

His artistic style is shaped by a wide range of influences, from the works of artists like Bosch and Constable to the traditions of medieval painting and Japanese screen printing. These influences, combined with his interests in philosophy, poetry, and theology, infuse his work with depth and romantic refinement. Frame typically uses a mix of oils and acrylics on backgrounds of metal leaf, building vibrant, textured compositions that showcase both depth and spontaneity. He also incorporates traditional artisan techniques such as gilding, enamelling, and marbling, which add complexity and rich, striking colours, reminiscent of Chinese and Japanese silk painting.
