Samantha Ellis
Born in Northampton, artist Samantha Ellis' career began shortly after completing a Foundation art course. Being interested in art from a young age she dedicated her time to teaching herself to paint. From a hobby to now full time occupation she currently lives and works in Cambridgeshire. In her home studio, she began painting Cityscapes & has most recently released her dog artworks. Samantha has a unique and recognisable style, with a loose, dynamic and intricate design. Her use of vibrant colours combines with integrating a cooler palette to detach the viewer from the painting. Her acrylic paintings display the dog’s individual characters with their life-like expressions and charm.
