The giveaway will be running on Instagram on both The Rose Gallery and The Rosebud pages but you are only required to enter on one page and platform. Entering on both platforms or pages will not be a double entry. You must be living in the UK and be over the age of 18.

The prize

The giveaway prize is a ticket to The Defender Burghley Horse Trials and you can attend on any day the event is running between 4th - 7th September 2025, plus a £50 voucher to spend at The Rose Gallery.

3 tickets are available to be won by 3 individual entries. This means any additional attendees will be required to purchase their own ticket.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

The Rose Gallery's decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The e-tickets for The Defender Burghley Horse Trials will be sent to the winner via email once contact has been made. The £50 voucher can be collected from our stand at the event which we will confirm the exact location of when we make contact.

Choosing and announcing the winner

Eligible entries will be entered into a name picker following the close of the giveaway, and 3 people will be automatically picked out at random.

We will message the winner directly on the platform they entered on Friday 22nd August 2025.

The Rose Gallery will make two attempts to contact the winner via Instagram direct message.

If the winner does not respond to the messages informing them of their win within 72hrs of the second message, they forfeit their right to the prize, and The Rose Gallery reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.

By taking part, you agree to your name also being shared in the announcement of the winner once you’ve accepted your prize.
