The Best of 2025 at The Rose Gallery

It's been quite the year hasn't it!
Here at The Rose Gallery, we've had some wonderful events and experiences, so at this time of year it's nice to think about what we've been up to - did you miss any of these?

Craig Alan at The Rose Gallery

A Visit From Craig Alan

Way back in January, we were thrilled to invite Craig Alan to the gallery. This was a wonderful event where many of you joined us to explore Craig’s incredible artworks. Did you come along?

Craig Alan is an artist with incredible talent whose works really capture the imagination. Being able to ask questions about his inspiration and process was fantastic and the whole evening was lots of fun.

Horse Shows Aplenty

The Rose Gallery display at a recent horse show event

Starting in May and through to December, we’ve visited four wonderful horse shows this year - each with their own atmosphere and each bringing us new people to meet.

From Windsor, through Bolesworth to Burghley, we went onto the London International Horse Show. This was a fantastic event where we were excited to launch some exclusive new artists.

These shows are a great chance to chat and share some of the amazing artworks we have in the gallery with people who likely won't make it to the gallery in Northampton. Did we see you there?

Our Sculpture Event: The First of Many

In June we held our first gallery sculpture event and were thrilled to invite Adam Paddon, sculptor and patinator, along.

Adam shared his knowledge and stories on a thoroughly enjoyable evening - it was amazing to see the gallery so full of sculpture and people. Perhaps we'll see you at the next one!

Mr Brainwash timed releases

Mr Brainwash’s Timed Release

Mr Brainwash is one of our gallery favourites, and we know he’s one of yours too.

With pieces inspired by Banksy, Jeff Koons, and Van Gogh, the impact of his timed release in June was incredible - and so was the reception from our gallery visitors.

These incredible pieces offered a fantastic opportunity for Brainwash fans to select a smaller-than-usual original, or even take home a complete set - it was an incredible event.

The Rose Gallery team visiting Adam Paddon at the Sculpture Castings foundry

Visiting the Foundry

With so many incredible sculptural pieces in the gallery, our team was excited to visit the Sculpture Castings foundry, where Artists Adam Binder and Adam Paddon create their works. We all learnt so much and had a brilliant day learning about the artists and process.

It's interesting how new opportunities like these can help us understand more about the art and artists here in the gallery. More than anything, we love being able to share this information with our visitors and customers.

Year-End Celebrations

The Rose Gallery team

Here at the end of the year, we’ve enjoyed looking back on 2025 and ahead to what next year has in store.

Next year, The Rose Gallery will be celebrating 15 years in business in the Year of the Horse, which seems appropriate.

We’ll be welcoming some new artists to our walls and, perhaps, even to the gallery in person.

Thank you for being part of our year. We look forward to seeing you again in 2026.
