Jo Quigley is an artist that specialises in cityscape realism, capturing the daily goings on in our very own capital city - London. Inspired by the iconic L.S.Lowry, his art in particular influenced the subjects of her paintings- the observations of people going about their daily lives in the city- encouraging the viewer to look deeper and get involved with the characters and the stories they tell. Working with a range of materials, Jo’s favourite medium of acrylic reflects the pace of city life-for its speed and flexibility. Exhibiting all around the UK with sold out work across the world. Winning several prizes and most recently shortlisted for being Artist and Illustrators artist of the Year
