Terms & Conditions – Free Framed Artwork Promotion

  1. Promotion: Receive a free framed artwork by Joe Galindo, titled Lily the Leopard, with qualifying orders.

  2. Eligibility: This offer is valid on orders with a total value exceeding £850 (after any discounts and excluding delivery charges, unless stated otherwise).

  3. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 24 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, inclusive. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

  4. Availability: The free framed artwork is subject to availability. While stocks last.

  5. Limitations: One free artwork per qualifying order. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

  6. Non-Transferable: The free artwork has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted.

  7. Returns: If a qualifying order is returned or refunded and the order total falls below £850, the free artwork must also be returned in its original condition. If not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

  8. Amendments: The Rose Gallery reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary.
