Shipping times vary according to the artwork that you are buying. Many of our mounted pieces & sculptures are available for despatch within 2-3 days from order, artwork is generally shipped via overnight courier arriving the next day in the UK. Overseas deliveries will take slightly longer.

Framed artwork can take up to three weeks to be delivered as some pieces are framed to order.

We will always try to accomodate urgent delivery requests or help with delivery on a specific day - please get in touch with the gallery team to talk through your requirements.

Higher value & Original artwork will be shipped by private courier, this is organised on an individual basis, please call for further information.

Discover Wide Awake II an original by Teis Albers. An expressive floral composition filled with rich cobalt blues, turquoise, coral and soft whites. Delicate stems and loose petals weave through the artwork, creating a sense of movement and spontaneity. The flowers appear to float within an atmospheric, misty background, while layers of texture and gestural brushwork add depth. A subtle human-like form emerges among the flowers, giving the work an intriguing and dreamlike quality. The contrast between the darker edges and luminous centre creates a feeling of awakening, transformation and natural beauty, characteristic of Albers’ atmospheric floral style.

Born in 1982 in the south of the Netherlands, Teis Albers is a contemporary Dutch artist whose work combines photography, digital composition and expressive mixed-media techniques to create atmospheric floral artworks.

Working from his garden studio in Berlicum, Albers photographs flowers, stems, roots and branches from nature, digitally composing these elements before transferring them onto canvas. He then works over each piece by hand, building layers of paint, texture and varnish to create a remarkable sense of depth and movement. Delicate highlights emerge within these layers, coming alive as the viewer moves around the artwork.

Rather than depicting perfectly formed blooms, Albers embraces the imperfection, movement and fleeting beauty of nature. His compositions have an almost underwater quality, with petals and leaves appearing to float within luminous, atmospheric spaces.

Drawing on his background in graphic design, Albers brings a sophisticated approach to composition, while his fascination with the natural world gives each work an organic and tactile quality. Every piece is individually developed, with subtle variations in colour, texture and detail, making each artwork uniquely its own
